• GOALS Newsletter Spring 2008
Portland YouthBuilders is a program where low income youth aged 17-24 are paid to finish school while being trained in construction or computer technology. All students earn a stipend during this year-long program and there is no charge for tuition. To find out more, call 503-286-9350 ext. 254 or attend an information session any Thursday from 1pm to 3:30 pm (please arrive by 12:45). To find out more about Portland YouthBuilders, click here.
Job Corps is a residential education and training program through the U.S. Dept. of Labor.
