What is an informal hearing?
In some cases, HAP provides participants the opportunity for an informal hearing to consider whether certain decisions are in accordance with the law, HUD regulation, and HAP policy. Click here to learn how this procedure works.

How do I request an inspection of my unit?
If you have already notified your landlord or property manager of problems in your unit and feel you need HAP to inspect it, you can submit a form to make the request.
How do I report program abuse?
