New Columbia Monthly Reports
Each month during the construction of New Columbia HAP produced a New Columbia Monthly Report to provide a snapshot of critical budget and schedule information. The reports contained narrative information on each of the project components and a description of the critical milestones.

The final New Columbia Monthly Report was published in December, 2006. Copies of the reports are provided below for research and archival purposes.
