The objective of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) is to gather reasonably available information regarding current and historic activities on or adjoining the subject property to evaluate whether known or suspect environmental concerns exist in association with the subject property and the adjoining properties that would represent a “Recognized Environmental Condition.” The full text (large file size) of the 34-page report is available for download through this link:
