Alternatives Analysis

The purpose of the Alternatives Analysis is to evaluate the Proposed Action against the No-Build alternative. The findings of this analysis will provide HAP with the information necessary to determine potential impacts on the built and natural environments that could result from the Proposed Action and the No-Build alternative. The report was prepared pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act, 42 U.S.C. 4332 (2) (c).
