DeConstruction Services, a service of The ReBuilding Center, was sub-contracted by Walsh Construction Company for deconstruction. Crews were able to direct the following material away from the landfill:

• 1,440 pounds of carpet recycled
• 1,060 pounds of railings and stoves recycled as scrap metal
• 8,240 pounds of oak flooring salvaged for reuse
• 14,220 pounds of trim, cabinets, and doors for reuse
• 7,061 pounds of metal recycled
• 640 pounds of porcelain toilets recycled
• 2,900 pounds of windows for reuse
• 240 cubic feet of woody debris recycled
• 40 cubic yards of cement and debris bricks recycled
• 4 trailerloads of wood for reuse
• 10,500 bricks for reuse
