Housing Authority of Portland: Our Organization
The Housing Authority of Portland employs a total of 257 employees. The following managers and their organizations report to Steve Rudman, HAP's Executive Director.
Catherine Such, Deputy Executive Director
Oversees the agency's operations: Real Estate Operations and Rent Assistance, and also the Human Resources/Administration and Finance and Accounting groups.
Michael Andrews, Director, Development and Community Revitalization
Leads the agency's real estate development projects, oversees the work of contract developers working on HAP's behalf, and plans and supervises capital improvements for the agency's existing real estate portfolio.
Shelley Marchesi, Director, Public Affairs
Responsible for Public Affairs, Intergovernmental Relations, Internal Communications, and Media Relations.
John Keating, Director, Strategic Partnerships
Leads the agency's efforts in resource and partnership development.
