Contacting the Housing Authority of Portland Housing Authority of Portland office locations:   HAP Headquarters 135 SW Ash Street Portland, OR 97204 Phone: 503.802.8300 TTY:503.802.8554 Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday.   At HAP headquarters, individuals may pick up information about Affordable Housing, Public Housing and Section 8 rent assistance vouchers. The Section 8 staff also meets with clients at this office. You may also pick up and drop off job applications.     Lifelong Learning Center 4610 N. Trenton Street Portland, OR 97203 Phone: 503.943.5600 Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.   The Lifelong Learning Center houses HAP's GOALS and ETAP programs, as well as a career center and the Portland Community College Workforce Network Computer Learning Center.
