Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday.

  At HAP headquarters, individuals may pick up information about Affordable Housing, Public Housing and Section 8 rent assistance vouchers. The Section 8 staff also meets with clients at this office. You may also pick up and drop off job applications.

Monday through Friday.

  The Lifelong Learning Center houses HAP's GOALS and ETAP programs, as well as a career center and the Portland Community College Workforce Network Computer Learning Center. This office is also a support center for the New Columbia (HOPE VI) Revitalization Project.
